Parents of teens might relate to Kate Hudsons unusual confession

Having a teenage kid is wonderful - they're no longer little toddlers and you can have proper conversations with them.

It's exciting to think of them as adults - which is exactly how Kate Hudson feels about her teen son.

The 39-year-old is mum to three beautiful kids - 15-year-old Ryder, seven-year-old Bingham and 6-month-old Rani Rose.

She opened up about how much she loves motherhood and that she's in no rush for her three kids to grow up.

She revealed on The Rachael Ray Show that she adores being a mum - and can't wait for the next part of her relationship with her teenage son Ryder.

She said, ''People kind of go, ‘I want to freeze them when they’re little.’ I’m like, ‘I don’t,’ actually. I’m having a blast. I can’t wait to go to a bar with my kid - is that weird? He’s so much fun!”

She continued, ''He’s almost 6 feet. I used to dream about that day, like, ‘One day, honey, I’m going to be looking up to you.''

She added, ''And the other day, he gave me a hug and I almost burst into tears. It’s crazy, it’s amazing, it’s beautiful.''

Kate revealed that she “would have 100 kids” and “love(s) being pregnant,” despite having a “pretty brutal” third trimester with baby Rani.

She said, ''I could hardly walk. I had this thing, it happened with Bing too, I have like a dancer hip…when I start carrying heavier, forget it, I can hardly get up the stairs.''

She continued, ''But I’ll still get pregnant again! I just love it.”

It looks like Kate will be expanding her gorgeous family and looking forward to enjoying her kids at every age - just like the rest of us parents.
