Having announced her pregnancy in September, popular actress, Jaime Winstone, decided to open up about her birthing plan during an exclusive interview with HELLO! magazine.
The 30-year-old Made in Dagenham star, who is expecting her first child with partner, James Suckling, told the publication that her perspective on labour has been influenced by a number of different approaches.
Having begun researching the various options on offer, the actress reveals: "I've been studying everything. Right now, I'm looking into Dr Gowri Motha's gentle birth method and hypnobirthing."
Explaining that she's taken advice from a number of high-profile pals, Ray Winstone's daughter revealed: "Kate [Moss] and a few others have been telling me about how the method makes such a huge difference."
Sounding incredibly relaxed about the entire process, the star went on to say: "I'm just at the point where I'm going to start the hypnobirthing programme and try to come to a decision on how I do it. I might even have the baby at home. We'll see as things progress."
The star, who is perhaps best known for playing Becky in Kidulthood, also revealed that her wonderful news caused her famous dad much excitement.
Opening up about the moment she announced the news to the highly-acclaimed actor, Jaime said: "Dad can’t wait to meet his grandchild. It's a beautiful time for us as a family and it's brought us even closer than we already were."
Like her parents, Ray and Elaine, Jaime is overjoyed at the prospect of welcoming a little one into the family, saying: "I really feel this is the next chapter for me and I've never been happier."
"Growing up, I always had a strong feeling that I wanted to be a mother. Whichever way my life went, I guess I felt that a role as a mummy was going to be my main calling in life," she gushed as she posed for photos and showcased her blossoming bump for HELLO! readers.
We couldn't be happier for her!
