The former Emmerdale actress looked stunning in a navy figure-hugging number with plunging neckline that showcased her beautiful new pregnancy figure.
The star rocked the red carpet with her fiancé, Sam Greenfield, later taking to her Twitter account to reveal that a fabulous night was had by all.
