The internet was abuzz with excitement over his children, but last night was all about Ryan Reynolds.
The Canadian actor was finally awarded with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and it seems wife Blake Lively could not be more proud right now.
The stunning mum-of-two took to her social media channels to pay tribute to the Deadpool star, lauding his incredible achievement.
“Proud is a pitiful word to describe how I felt today. The permanence of your impact is undeniable…Always has been, but now we have a fancy star to show for it,” wrote the 29-year-old.
She added in a sweet photo of Ryan’s star, surrounded by her feet as well as those of Ryan and their two-year-old daughter, James.
The presentation ceremony turned out to be the most talked-about event of the week, which is all down to the fact that Ryan and Blake were accompanied by their two daughters.
Little James almost stole the spotlight from her proud dad, grabbing the microphone and running around - much to the amusement of mum Blake.
The couple’s second child, who was born at the end of September, also stayed cuddled up to her mum and dad during the ceremony.
