It has been nearly three months since welcoming baby Finley, and Rebekah Vardy is speaking out about the cruel trolling she fell victim to online after giving birth.
The 34-year-old welcomed her second child with footballer husband Jamie Vardy back in January, and has been opening up about the hateful comments she received just days after the birth.
After four children, Rebekah says she has grown more “resilient”, however she was still shocked by the level of abuse she received.
"After having a baby, your hormones are raging, the last thing you want to feel is pressurised and upset," the mum told The Sun.
Rebekah bared all in a lingerie shoot to show how “proud” she is of her post-baby body, and to fight back against the celebrity mum stereotype.
“I have a wobbly tummy, bigger legs, wrinkled skin and stretch marks, just like any woman does when she’s had a baby.
"There is so much unrealistic pressure on women these days to get their figures back overnight, because there are so many women in the public eye who seem to be able to do that."
The mum-of-four also hit out at celebrity mums who boast about losing their baby weight within weeks of giving birth, and getting tummy tucks at the same time as Caesarean sections, calling it “unnatural”.
"What is natural, is doing what I do – wearing plenty of good make-up, a much bigger bra and a pair of Spanx," she added.
Rebekah caused a stir online when she appeared on Loose Women last month and breastfed her newborn, Finley, live on air.
Appearing to talk about her experience of online trolls, it seems her story fell on deaf ears as she was flooded with even more hate comments.
The mum-of-four revealed that she has been sent disgusting messages wishing her little boy had been stillborn since his birth back in January.
"It was horrific. It was just wishing still-birth on him, really disgusting stuff. It is a minority of people," she told the Loose Women panel.
"I don't think I'd ever stop reading it. The minute you take yourself away from that is the minute the trolls win."
