Red Kite is recalling their 3 Way Carrier due to a manufacturing defect which can cause the product's clips to fail, putting the baby at risk.

The affected products were sold between November 2017 and April 2018.

They recommend that people who have bought the recalled baby carriers stop using them immediately.

As well, those with affected baby carriers should call Red Kite at 01454 326 555, with both the product and proof of purchase handy so a refund can be given.

The batches affected include RK 2899 / RK 2900 / RK 2901 / RK 3003.

You can check your product's reference number by examining the care label in the bottom of the baby carrier.

"We thank you for your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience," a statement from Red Kite reads.
