Being a supermodel it is no surprise that Tyra Banks is known for her flawless skin and immaculate style, but it seems she has her mum to thank for some of it – and we don’t mean her genes!
The mum-of-one was sharing her beauty tips with People magazine when she recalled the one piece of advice her mum gave that has stuck throughout her modelling years.
And it seems it all comes down to beauty habits rather than anything else!
"I can hear my mom's voice now: 'Tyra, you better stop washing your face with just your dirty little hands! Don't you know all you're doing is spreading that dirt all over your face?’” the former American Top Model said.
"Why are there machines for dish-cleaning and drive-thru washes for cars, but I still have to cleanse my face without any help. Isn't that just rubbing the dirt around? I need a real clean. A deep clean."

Since his birth, Tyra has been open about how surrogacy has helped her start a family, at the time of his birth she wrote: "As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone."
