After 32 years of marriage and business partnership, it has been announced that acclaimed entrepreneur and former Dragon's Den star, James Caan, and his wife, Aisha, have called time on their relationship.
The 55-year-old Pakistani-native, who appeared on the hugely popular BBC television show between 2007 and 2010, is said to be devastated by the marital breakdown.
The father-of-two, who is reportedly worth more than £95 million, is understood to have vacated the home he shared with Aisha whom he met in the early 1980s when she turned down his offer of a job in order to open her own boutique.
James, who once described the mother of his two daughters as "attractive, feisty and well-educated", proposed to Aisha, now 58-years-old, at the age of 21 before marrying in central London on New Year's Day 1983.
According to the Daily Mail, the divorce could cost James, who was named Chairman of the Year at the International Business Awards in 2013, in the realm of £25 million.
