Sainsbury’s has issued an urgent recall on their own brand breakfast biscuits. They are concerned that the biscuits may contain sesame which could trigger allergic reactions.
Sesame is not mentioned on the product's ingredients list, meaning people who are allergic are unaware of its potential presence in the breakfast snack.
"It has been brought to our attention that a small number of the above packs may contain sesame which is not declared on the pack."

They have recalled the Sainsbury’s Coconut Yogurt and Cocoa Filled products.
A spokesperson for the supermarket informed customers that they’d be given a full refund.

“We’re asking customers to return this product to their nearest Sainsbury’s store where they will receive a full refund. No other Sainsbury’s products are affected and we’re sorry for any concern and inconvenience this may cause,” they stated.
