Just this week, Zara Phillips was forced to publicly quash rumours that she is expecting her second child, and now yet another celebrity has had to address pregnancy rumours.
Following weeks of speculation, Fancy singer Iggy Azalea has finally spoken out to deny that she is pregnant with her first child.
It seems that the 25-year-old singer, who recently got engaged to professional basketball player Nick Young, found the rumours particularly amusing.
Taking to her official website to address the reports, she simply wrote: “I’m not having a baby, guys. Lol.”
Her statement comes on the same day that she opened up to The Today Show about her insecurities as a woman in the public eye, constantly at the centre of rumours.
“Some days I want to crawl in my cave because I don’t feel confident at all, and then other days I feel great. I think it’s like that for all human beings, not just young women. I think being confident 100% every day is something to aspire to, but I don’t know if it’s humanly possible,” she said.
We’re sure it must get incredibly frustrating to constantly find yourself at the centre of speculation. Hopefully her comments will put an end to the pregnancy reports that have dogged her over the past month.
