Do you ever get that moment where you look at a celeb couple and think "I wonder where that came out of?"
Well, if you're anything like us you ask yourself that question at least once a day!
But it's not just today's coupling that have us all in a how-did-they-meet-sweat, there have actually been quite a few relationships in the past that may us go 'eh, what?'
1. Julia Roberts and Liam Neeson
Julia was only 19 when she dated the Taken star in 1987. He was 35 at the time. The pair moved in together briefly before ending their romance the next year.
2. Melissa Joan Hart and Ryan Reynolds
Okay we don't know what's cooler, sharing a kiss with Ryan Reynolds, or sharing a kiss with Sabrina the Teenage Witch? The pair didn't date but were kissing in Melissa's hotel room back in 1996 while she was filming for the classic 90's show.
3. Ashley Olsen and Lance Armstrong
The then 21-year-old didn't hold back from the opportunity of a quick snog with 36-year-old Lance at Rose Bar, New York.
4. Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling
Before the days of Eva Mendes and The Notebook romances, there was Miss Congeniality. The pair dated from 2002 to 2003 and he went on to say about both her and Rachel McAdams: "I had two of the greatest girlfriends of all time. I haven't met anybody who could top them."
5. Sarah Jessica Parker and Robert Downey Jr.
Carrie Bradshaw and Iron Man? We sure they had expensive taste in common but we wonder what else led to a relationship from 1984 to 1991. Unfortunately it didn't work out, as Robert later said said: "I liked to drink, and I had a drug problem, and that didn't jibe with Sarah Jessica, because it is the furthest thing from what she is."
