According to reports, soap star Nicola Wheeler has become a mum for the first time.
The Emmerdale actress, best known for her role as Nicola King in the ITV soap, is said to have given birth to a baby boy last month.
Emma reportedly gave birth to her son on March 13, but has not yet released any details regarding the birth or her little one’s name.
The news was confirmed through the Emmerdale Twitter account, which tweeted: “BIG congratulations to Nicola Wheeler and her baby boy, who arrived on Friday 13!”
It is not surprising to hear that Nicola didn’t share the news of her baby’s arrival last month, as she remained incredibly tight-lipped during her pregnancy.
Indeed, the 40-year-old star kept her wonderful news under wraps until as late as February, only then taking to her social media channels to address the speculation.

“Thanks for all your congratulations. Still got a couple of weeks until [baby] arrives. Unless he/ she gets impatient,” she wrote at the time.
