After nine months, most mums-to-be are more than ready to meet their new arrival and spend much of their time wishing their little tot along while paying more than a passing interest to old wives' tales!
Clearly no stranger to this particular phase is former Coronation Street actress, Helen Flanagan, who is currently documenting the final leg of her exciting journey on social media.
Hoping to encourage the baby along, Helen, who is in a longterm relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair, has been showing fans and followers that she's been taking note of particular methods known to bring about labour.
Uploading a snap of everyone's favourite spicy dish, 24-year-old Helen, who announced her pregnancy in December, captioned the picture: "A hot curry!" followed by emoticons of flames, leaving no doubt that she's certainly taking her tales seriously!
Meanwhile on Twitter, the stunning star has informed followers that her bump may be getting the better of her right now by unfairly referring to herself as a whale- something which her loyal fans and followers have hotly disputed.
