Amal Clooney isn't letting pregnancy get in the way of her work commitments.

The human rights lawyer was spotted outside the United Nations building in New York where she was due to give a speech.

Amal's speech focused on atrocities committed by ISIS against a vulnerable Kurdish community, the Yazidis in Iraq, according to The Sun.

ISIS have killed thousands of the Yazidis and forced Yazidi women and teenage girls into sexual slavery.

Addressing the gathering, she pointed out that "Not one ISIS militant has faced trial for international crimes anywhere in the world."

"Why is it that nothing has been done?"

"Somehow we are no closer to justice today than when I addressed you last year."

"I'm asking you today to stand up for justice. Every conflict reminds us that there can be no lasting peace without justice."

Amal was accompanied by a young Yazidi woman, Nadia Murad who she is representing. Nadia was kidnapped by ISIS members as a teenager.
