The 29-year-old, who is expecting her second child with footballer husband Peter Crouch, took to her social media channels to update her followers on her journey so far.
Posting a photo of her blossoming baby bump, the stunning star’s delight was tangible as she wrote: “Just over 6 weeks to go and counting!”
Abbey, who is already mum to dour-year-old daughter Sophia, is set to give birth to the couple’s little one in May.
The former Britain’s Next Top Model and Strictly Come Dancing star announced the couple’s amazing news just before Christmas, via Twitter.
“Super excited to announce Pete and I are expecting our second baby! We couldn’t be happier,” she said.
Thankfully Abbey’s second pregnancy has been drama-free, with the model previously opening up the devastation of having her husband at the centre of cheating rumours while she was expecting Sophia.
Opening up on the incredibly difficult time, Abbey said: “It was horrendous. For any woman who is pregnant or had a baby, it’s tough.”
