Abbey, who announced the arrival of daughter Liberty Rose yesterday, took to her social media channels to gush over her gorgeous bundle of joy.
The 29-year-old, who is also mum to four-year-old daughter Sophia, posted a beautiful photo of little Liberty Rose asleep, describing her as her ‘little monkey’.
The model also took the opportunity to thank her followers for their well wishes, tweeting: “Overwhelmed by everyone’s messages and well wishes. Thank you…How will I ever sleep again?! Can’t stop staring at my beautiful baby xxx.”

Abbey, who welcomed Liberty Rose with her footballer husband Peter Crouch, announced the news of her daughter’s arrival yesterday, sharing a stunning selfie from her hospital bed.

Little Liberty’s arrival came just days after stunning Abbey shared images from a nude photoshoot, in which she showed off her beautiful pregnancy figure in a series of black-and-white snaps.
