They have previously found themselves at the centre of feud reports, but it seems the history between these two world-famous stars led many people to jump to false conclusions this week.
No doubt you will have seen Kim Kardashian’s naked selfie from yesterday, which she shared on Instagram in order to shut down rumours that she is ‘faking’ her pregnancy. Shortly after, Glee star Naya Rivera captured headlines herself with some stunning photos from a pregnancy shoot for Yahoo!
Given how Naya and Kim have a chequered history, quite a number of social media users and indeed media outlets viewed Naya’s shoot reveal as an attempt to ‘compete’ with Kim’s selfie.
One person who was certainly not impressed with the accusations was Naya herself, who took to Twitter to shut down the “stupid assumptions”.
“I chose to share pregnancy photos because I think this is a very beautiful and special time in my life. Media outlets know that when you give your photos and an interview to run a story you never get a choice as to when it runs,” tweeted the 28-year-old.
Naya, who is expecting her first child with husband Ryan Dorsey, added: “So trying to make something out of nothing based on stupid assumptions is awful. Such a shame. Especially when it comes to a woman and her beautiful pregnancy journey.”

Naya and Kim were previously at the centre of feud rumours after the actress commented on Kim’s infamous Paper magazine shoot, saying: “I normally don’t. But…you’re someone’s mother.”
