Are you wondering hpw you can have more sex?

The answer is surprisingly simple — get more sleep (yes, really!)

A recent study analysed the sleep patterns and sexual outcomes of nearly 94,000 women over age 50.

According to the research, women who sleep for less than seven hours every night have less sex than those who sleep for longer.

I mean, that just seems logical to me?  Nobody will find themselves to be overly frisky if they're absolutely exhausted.

“A study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine demonstrated that sleep apnea has been linked with sexual difficulties, including erectile dysfunction and more global sexual difficulties,” said Debby Herbenick, who is the president of the American Association of Sexuality Educators in an interview with CNN.

“And a 2015 study showed that women who slept longer at night were more likely to experience stronger sexual desire the following day.”

The study's finding actually work both ways, because sex actually helps you to sleep better.

Having sex causes the body to produce oxytocin, which lowers our stress levels and allows us to relax and feel tired.

An orgasm will also cause a women's estrogen levels go up after sex, which helps lead to deeper sleep.

According to a researcher at the University of Michigan, David Kalmbach:“The message is that sleep health is important for many areas of our daily living.”

“Good sleep has been shown to improve mood, energy, concentration, overall health, and, now, sexual desire and arousal.”

Get some shut eye, ladies.
