We are total suckers for an adorable gender reveal or baby announcement, and YouTubers reckon Canadian dad Devon Spittle should win an award for his.
Devon and his wife recently welcomed their baby girl, Poppy, and they created the most amazing time-lapse video to celebrate her arrival into the world.
In the video, Devon’s wife is seen enjoying quite a lot of watermelon. Feeling quite full, she decides to go for a walk.
Something incredible happens as she sits into the car, though – her belly starts to grow bigger!
By the time she reaches her destination, it’s obvious that there’s a little baba inside that belly – and she’s just waiting to come out and say ‘hi’!
It’s almost like a scene from Alice In Wonderland when Devon’s wife comes across a curious sign, reading: ‘Press button in case of watermelon seed ingestion’.
The mum-to-be follows the instructions and, incredibly, baby Poppy magically appears in her arms once the button has been pushed!
What a unique and incredible idea!
YouTubers have been considerably impressed by the montage, with one suggesting that Devon should ‘win the award for best planned YouTube video of 2016’.
We have to say, we totally agree!
