The trailer for new movie Bad Moms has finally come out and we have to say, we find ourselves relating to it A LOT.

The message of the film is oh so loud and clear: mums need to stop putting pressure on themselves to be perfect – and we’re in agreement, big time.

The trailer practically reads like a day in our lives (minus the sunny weather of course – well, it IS Ireland) with all the panicking to get the kids out the door and to school, the pressure to succeed in work and all the other myriad mum things we have to tick off our lists before we can finally flop into bed.

In the film Mila Kunis plays Amy, a mum who has been under pressure to be the perfect mum for so long that she finally cracks, taking two other fed-up mums on her crazy journey. Together they embark on a “quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mum-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence.”

Ooh. Don’t be giving us ideas…

And then of course there’s the baddie – there has to be a baddie: Christina Applegate plays the annoyingly perfect PTA mum, and her character is a pretty great metaphor, we think, for the pressure we put on ourselves.

And okay, while we’re not about to go on a wild rampage like Amy and the gang (chance would be a fine thing!), we know we're going to enjoy watching the movie and living vicariously through them!

You can catch the movie in cinemas in July.

SHARE if you can definitely relate to the 'bad' moms!
