Kristen Sullivan has just given birth to her second child, a baby boy, Gavin.

The Long Island mum-of-two is currently three-weeks postpartum and has a wealth of knowledge to share with other mums.

Kristen is a healthy mum who loves the fitness lifestyle, however, she admits that it doesn't matter if you're 'thin, ate right, or have exercised' throughout your pregnancy, you cannot predict what way your body is going to grow.

Tired of images circling the internet depicting mums who gave birth seven-days-ago alongside washboard tummys, Kristen wanted other mums to know a 'bounce back' like such isn't real for everyone.

"Sometimes your body grows in such a way that simply doesn't allow you to 'bounce back' in friggen' three weeks. I feel like all I've been seeing is new mums sharing their amazing postpartum bods, 11 days after birth, two weeks after birth, etc."

"And while that's wonderful for them, for many others, KNOW that it's not realistic!"

Kristen had been inundated with questions from mums on how she was going to bounce back following her second pregnancy, and instead felt inspired to share this photo with the world.

"In the meantime, I'm giving my body a chance to breathe," declared the mum-of-two.

"Did you SEE how far my belly stretched?! There is no race to bounce back moms. We'll get there!!"

We're with you Kristen, each mum's body is different, so there's no need to put pressure on yourselves mums.
