The Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta has a special way for brave children to celebrate the end of their chemotherapy treatment – they get to loudly jangle the end-of-treatment bell.

And we are both smiling and crying at thus video of these kids doing the happy deed, which was posted on The Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center Facebook page.

“Our courageous cancer warriors have the opportunity to ring the end-of-treatment bell when they reach the milestone of finishing chemotherapy treatments,” the video is captioned. “For our brave kids, it's a chance to say, ‘I’m done with chemo. I’m beating cancer. And, if you’re fighting cancer, so can you’.”

And one mum couldn’t wait for her little daughter to ring it.

“It’s an honour,” she says. It’s something you don’t take lightly. “It’s just a huge huge milestone. You just don’t take it for granted.”

Okay, pass the tissues!
