A stunning photo depicting a father and big brother engaging in skin-to-skin contact with the latest additions to their family, a beautiful set of twins, has touched hearts all over the world.
Originally shared to a Swedish parenting page last year, the official page for medical company NINO Birth brought the beautiful image back to prominence this week – and families everywhere have fallen in love with it.
It’s not difficult to see why the stirring image has amassed almost 17-and-a-half thousand shares in a matter of mere days, and prompted Facebook users to share their own skin-to-skin stories.
“All of my older kids had a turn with the new baby inside their T-shirts, as he was so fractious. It settled him. The more ‘new’ trends I see emerging make me proud that I have been doing things right for years. Trust your instincts. Lovely picture,” wrote one mother.
