There is nothing quite like the love of a child, and it seems this is the case even when they meet their first crush.
A Reddit user has left us all googly-eyed this week, after sharing a screenshot of the amazing ‘love note’ his 10-year-old niece received from a boy in her class.
“This fifth grader has more game than I’ll ever have,” wrote Redditor ‘dreichert87’ – and we can probably all admit to that.
The letter reads:
“Dear Abby,
Your eyes remind me of the evening sky. My heart felt like broken glass until I saw you, and then I felt like I had every Pokémon, ever.
I love how you play Zelda, even when people think it’s weird.
If you liked me, it would be my first ever victory.”
To make matters even sweeter, the letter ‘i’ is dotted with a heart in every word.
The responses were just as well thought-out as the love note itself, with one person even suggesting that The Bard himself may be the author!
“No need to cover the name, clearly Shakespeare,” they wrote.
