Inspirational mum-of-four, Adrienne Osuna, has gained viral status this week, after sharing before and after photos that show a major change in her figure, without any dieting.
Yep, you read that correctly - no diets.
“I have struggled with yo-yo dieting and bingeing since middle school. With each pregnancy I gained weight, lost weight, and gained weight again,” she wrote on her personal blog.
Adrienne goes on to explain that her stunning body transformation was not a result of dieting and weight loss, but rather weightlifting.
“After my fourth son turned one, I finally QUIT DIETING, lost fat and healed my metabolism by heavy lifting, intermittent fasting and eating an appropriate amount of food! I’m no longer obsessed with the scale."
The reason that Adrienne’s change has been so popular is the amazing difference between her before and after photos, despite the fact that there is less than two pounds of a difference between them.
Adrienne is living proof that weight is just a number, and is not that important.
