It is safe to say that most of us grew up with Winnie the Pooh, whether it was the book, or the recreated Disney characters.

Have you ever actually wondered where your favourite happy bear came from?

Well, there is a new film coming out that tells the story, and it is quite the emotional roller-coaster - we may have shed a little tear.

The first full length trailer for Goodbye Christopher Robin has arrived, and it gives a greater look at the A.A. Milne biopic which is set for release later this year.

The film stars Domhnall Gleeson as Milne, opposite Margot Robbie as his wife, Daphne, and the ADORABLE Will Tilston as little Christopher Robin.

Goodbye Christopher Robin tells the story of the beloved author, in particular the relationship he had with his son, Christopher Robin - whose love for his teddy bear inspired Milne to write Winnie the Pooh!

The trailer gives us some great insight into the film, revealing the inspiration behind Pooh, and there is also mention of Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger, as the inspirations for those characters pop up.

Not everything is happy though (because that would be unrealistic).

There’s some major concerns when little Christopher is thrown into the limelight too soon after the story takes off, which eventually takes a toll on his entire family.

Goodbye Christopher Robin will hit cinemas in October 2017, and we seriously cannot wait!
