Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things in life, but there is still this idea around it that nursing mums should feed in private, especially when out and about.

Even in this day and age, there are still countless stories floating around of mums being asked to move to a more secluded area to feed, with some even feeling forced to sit in a public bathroom.

How you feed your baby is entirely up to you and your partner, and mums should never feel dirty or embarrassed when doing one of the most natural things in the world.

So obviously we were delighted when we came across these mannequins in a Colombian shopping mall which are doing their bit to normalise breastfeeding.

The mannequins are part of a pro-breastfeeding campaign by Amigos De La Lactancia (Friends of Breastfeeding), and are situated all across the store to try to reduce the stigma surrounding nursing mums.

Whether it's in a shop front or on a seat in the middle of the mall, these mannequins are helping to normalise one of the most incredible acts between Mum and Baby.

What do you think?

Would you like to see them being brought into your local shopping mall?
