Sister, Sister fans, Tia Mowry is all grown up and busy being the most relatable mum on the planet.
The 40-year-old took to Instagram to show her followers just what it's really like to travel with a newborn baby.
Basically, it's a whole lot of breast milk bottled up.

Tia and her husband of ten years, Cory Hardict, are parents to two gorgeous kids; seven-year-old son Cree and three-month-old daughter Cairo.
Tia has been candid about breastfeeding since she gave birth in May and has given her view on the subject on her social media platforms.
Tia posted to Instagram back when Cairo was only six weeks old to document how breastfeeding the second time around was different from the first.
"Coming up for air. Boobs glorious boobs," Tia captioned a photo of her and Cairo.
"Wasn't able to breastfeed Cree for long because of low milk supply! This time around I have plenty. Lots of teas, water and a high protein diet has contributed! More importantly, say no to stress!! I’m able to pump 12 ounces alone in the morning!''
