Okay, so we all know that there is no such thing as a ‘perfect mum’, but has anyone else noticed that it’s becoming harder to draw the lines between ‘good’ and supposed ‘bad’ parenting in this detail-obsessed world?

It seems we need to check ourselves before each and everything we do for our little ones, whether it’s preparing a meal or helping them with their homework.

Of course, every parent can do with a little advice every now and again, but sometimes it can just get a little intense – even a tad ridiculous.

Three mums who have captured the ‘bad parenting’ struggle all too perfectly are Megan, Laurel and Molly – more commonly known as the geniuses behind The BreakWomb.

In their latest sketch, the mums give a tongue-in-cheek take on the supposed risks and dangers associated with praising our children on everything from their talents to their good behaviour.

Check out the video below, and the next time a new-fangled parenting fad leaves you feeling a little bit puzzled, think back to these two minutes of comedy gold.
