Major congratulations are in order for Sons of Anarchy star Theo Rossi, who has become a father for the first time.
The 40-year-old and his wife, Meghan McDermott, reportedly welcomed a baby boy on Monday, June 8.
A delighted Theo and Meghan confirmed the news to Us Weekly, revealing that they have named their little one Kane Alexander. He weighed in at seven pounds and 12 ounces.
The actor told Us Weekly: “My son Kane is healthy and my wife is a trooper and doing great. No one could have prepared us for the overwhelming joy we would feel when meeting our son.”
“What a beautiful day to welcome our little king into the world,” he added.
Theo, best known for playing ‘Juice’ Ortiz in the hit show, revealed the couple’s big baby news back in April. The couple were appearing at a Vanity Fair party when Meghan revealed her blossoming bump.
Expressing his delight at the prospect of becoming a dad, Theo said at the time: “Everything has gone well with the pregnancy. We’re just really excited.”
