Cheryl Stevenson and Paul Schofield were attending their 20-week scan when they received a very clear message from the child they have yet to meet.
Giving a very clear thumbs up, the couple's child looks perfectly chilled out during his mum's recent ultrasound in Manchester's Saint Mary's Hospital.
Commenting on the adorable image, dad-of-one Paul said: "The midwife said she had seen a few hand gestures in her time but nothing as clear and fortright as this."
Explaining what the sweet gesture meant to the couple, Paul admitted: "It brought a great deal of happiness to our day."
The couple, who are already parents to an 18-month-old son, consider the image a 'prized memento'.
