Twins have always been known to have a special relationship, and judging by this clip, it looks like that's something that exists from a very early age!
The clip, filmed by American dad Lonie Paxton, shows the moment babies Reese and Rylan are delivered by caesarean section.
As most babies do, the brother and sister start crying almost as soon as they're out of their mother's womb.
The pair continue to cry while medical staff make sure they're breathing properly and clip their umbilical cords.
But once they are placed next to each other, the babies quieten down, appearing to take comfort in each other's presence.
The heart-melting clip has been viewed more than six million times since the proud parents uploaded it to YouTube.
Reese and Rylan are now three years old and their bond appears to be just as strong. Dad Lonie, a footballer who also works for Go-Pro, shares their adorable photos on his Instagram page.
