When you’ve been married for 23 years, it’s safe to say you know your other half inside-out – and, clearly, this can come in handy when you’re about to set off on your first holiday without them!
This was proven in hilarious fashion today, in an adorable post on the ever-popular Love What Matters Facebook page.
Brandon Gip’s parents have been together for 23 years, and during that time they have never been on holiday without each other.
So, when dad Jim recently set off on a trip to Las Vegas by himself, his wife Kim took it upon herself to create a special ‘lost’ tag for him!
Attached to a neck lanyard, the tag's message read: “My name is Jim. If I look lost, please call my wife Kim Gip…If I am in a restaurant just staring at the menu, please order me some sort of Asian food, especially white rice.”
“I’ve never been away from my wife, who does everything for me,” she jokingly added.
Another photo showed a slightly puzzled Jim checking out his wife’s message – and we think we detect a hint of amusement!
Needless to say, the post cracked up the Love What Matters readers, and the post is on its way to hitting viral status.
We’ll have to bear this in mind for Hubby’s next solo trip!
