The first few months of a baby’s life can be an anxious time for new mums. A recent Facebook poll has shown that infact colic is the third biggest concern for mums.

Infant colic is a very common condition, and affects around 1 in 5 infants in their first month. It can be associated with crying fits, which can last up to three hours at a time. This is very distressing for both baby and parents. Colic often occurs late afternoons and evenings when mums cannot reach their midwife or doctor, so they turn to the internet to find out what to do.

Infacol, the UK’s leading infant colic remedy, has responded by developing a groundbreaking infant colic indicator application available on the brand’s Facebook page. This means that concerned parents can now access an application that will help quickly identify if their baby is suffering from colic.

The app is quick, simple and free. It is named ‘Is It Colic?’ and is currently available to use for all on the Infacol Facebook page. It has been developed with the help of leading experts in the field of colic. There are 10 simple ‘yes/no’ questions which have been carefully constructed to help indentify if your baby has colic.

To celebrate the launch of the new app, MummyPages and Infacol have teamed up to give away 10 gorgeous cuddly Moo Moo toys. To enter, simply fill out the form below x

This competition is now closed. The winners are Rachel McNair, Hayley Byatt, Zoe Lester, Phyllis Wood, Rebecca Wootton, Nicola Tustin, Claire Conner, Hannah Staveley, Nikki Lomas and  Katherine McNamara.
