Periods are the absolute worst.
The cramps, the pain, the discomfort, it seems like every month we are knocked for six, usually when we've got something going on.
And, for us anyway, the only things that seems to work are strapping a hot water bottle to our stomach and gorging on chocolate - which is why we are ALL OVER Marc Widmer's new chocolate.
By blending a mix of unique herbs, the Swiss pastry chef was able to create a special chocolate that helps ease period pain - and he gave it a pretty apt title: Frauenmond, which means women's moon.
So how did Marc end up with the solution to all our prayers, we hear you ask?
Well, it all started three years ago when he came across organic tea up in the Swiss mountains.
After he began learning the effects the herb has on "circulation, heart health, and wellbeing" he decided to create a special bar just for women.
Containing 60 percent cocoa, the chocolate is, unfortunately, only available in Switzerland, and costs around €15 for 100g bar.
But, hey, if it solves all our monthly problems then it is SO worth it.
