Father-of-three Scott broke his silence on the breakup of his nine-year relationship with Kourtney this weekend, as he stepped out to host an event at the 1OAK Night Club in Las Vegas.
Opening up to reporters on the red carpet ahead of the event, the 32-year-old said: “I’m just taking it one day at a time. With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself.”
A source claimed that Scott was eager to distance himself from female fans during the appearance, telling Us Weekly: “Scott was rather disconnected once he got into the club. Typically a very verbal and outrageous host, he was rather restrained.”
Scott’s comments come after he had his first meet-up with Kourtney following the publication of photographs featuring him and his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli.
According to reports, Kourtney has already met with lawyers and is planning to file for sole custody of the couple’s three children: five-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope and seven-month-old Reign.
