While the arrival of a new baby is a time for much celebration in any family home, it can also signal a time of unrest in many households as older siblings struggle to adjust to the changes brought about by their newest family member.

One world-famous family who are currently experiencing domestic unrest have, according to numerous emerging reports, turned to therapy in an effort to pour oil on troubled waters.

Concerned by their daughter North's reaction to the family's newest addition, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have decided to seek advice from experts in the field.

Speaking to Radar Online, a source close to the high-profile couple explained that two-year-old North was struggling to accept the change in dynamic, saying: "North has been throwing some serious tantrums and Kim and Kanye do not know what to do."

According to the insider, Saint's arrival on December 5th signalled an abrupt change in the toddler's normal demeanour, explaining: "North is used to being the centre of attention and daddy's little girl. The birth of Saint has been really, really hard on her."

It is understood that the toddler's behaviour has escalated to such an extent her worried parents feel the assistance of professionals is warranted.

Reflecting on the current situation, the insider confirmed: "They have consulted a family therapist to learn how to deal with this."

Perhaps North simply needs a little advice from cousin and best friend, Penelope Disick, who may be able to offer a little advice as the older sister of baby Reign!
