Nothing gives away your lack of sleep than dark under eye circles. Thankfully, there are plenty of natural ways to help you get rid of them, or at least reduce their appearance.

Before you stress out about them, try these five options:

Cucumbers
If you know you won’t be getting much sleep, pop a few slices of cucumber into the fridge the night before. Close your eyes and leave them on for a few minutes to help reduce puffiness.

Mint leaves
A few mint leaves rubbed gently under your eyes can help stimulate better circulation and get rid of the dark lines.

Water
Make a point of drinking more water every day. This will help your body remove any toxins which can in turn help reduce dark circles.

Almond oil
Rub a little almond oil under your eyes for a couple of weeks to help increase circulation in that area.

Cold tea bags
Put those cold, used tea bags to good use by placing them over closed eyes for about 20 minutes.

If possible, try to catch a little more shut eye or at least turn off electronic devices before you get into bed.
