Far from the crooked eyeliner or botched blusher, applying your make-up on the go is a skill every mum should have.
Follow these tips and you’ll be looking gorgeous and glam as you step through the office door.
1. Choose a powder over a liquid
Powder is a lot easier to apply evenly while on the go than a liquid foundation is. If your skin is fairly blemish-free a light covering is all you really need.
2. Opt for a creamy concealer
If you do have fine lines and blemishes that you want to cover choose a creamy concealer that is easy to apply with a sponge or even your finger (just make sure it''s clean).
3. Stick with a kohl eyeliner
Kohl eyeliners are soft and easy to apply – perfect for when you’re sitting on a moving bus or train. Keep it to just the lower lash line and you’ll avoid the panda-eye look that comes with rushing.
4. Opt for a lipgloss over a lipstick
You’re better off leaving the lipstick at home if you want to avoid the red lip clown look. Opt for a gloss instead to make your life a lot easier.
5. Choose a brown mascara
It looks a lot more natural than black and is less likely to give you a panda eye look.
