In order to keep your skin glowing, your nails gleaming and your hair shining, there are a number of things you need to do each week. Every week remove your nail polish so that it never looks chipped or worn.

 

File your nails

File your nails down regularly so that they stay healthy.

 

Exfoliate your face

You need to remove the dead skin cells off your face at least once a week in order to keep your skin looking bright.

 

Exfoliate your body

Just like you would your face, use a body brush to remove the dead skin off your back, chest and legs and boost your circulation.  

 

Deep condition your hair

At least once a week give your hair a deep condition to keep it looking smooth and shiny.

 

Tweeze your brows

Regularly tweeze your brows to keep them looking neat and tidy. It will also be less painful because you won’t have much to pluck out.

 

Shave/ wax your legs

Every week give your legs a quick going over with the razor or wax to keep them stubble free. 

 

Face mask 

Give your skin a deep clean by regularly using a face mask.
