Body confidence is something we could all do with a little more of.
With the influx of so-called flawless celebrities, bloggers that are toned until tomorrow and fitness instructors flaunting abs you could grate cheese on, it is way too easy for all of us to compare ourselves to them.
Whether you are a new mum or have a gaggle of kids behind you, we all know just how pregnancy can affect our bodies: leaving us with stretch marks, tummy pouches and even bad skin.
And the last thing any of us needs is to be constantly bombarded with these kinds of images.
But it's not just mums who feel this; young and old we all have some kind of body hang-up, something that fitness instructor Anna Victoria wants us all to deal with.
Taking to Instagram to share before and after shots, the creator of The Fit Body Guides shows us all how she is one percent of the time compared to the other 99 percent.
The 28-year-old wrote: "Me 1% of the time vs. 99% of the time. And I love both photos equally. Good or bad angles don't change your worth."
"I recently came across an article talking about how one woman stated she refuses to accept her flaws, because she doesn't see them as flaws at all. I LOVED that because it sends such a powerful message that our belly rolls, cellulite, stretch marks are nothing to apologise for, to be ashamed of, or to be obsessed with getting rid of!"
Such inspirational words.
