The dreaded bingo wing.

When everything just head a bit too far south we can become settled in the idea that it’s never going to migrate north again.

But we’re here to tell you that that’s not the case.

We’ve put together a list of five things that will get those arms looking lean.

1. Swimming

Swimming is by far one of the exercises you can do as you are working every muscle in your body.

Whatever stroke you prefer go with that as your arms are always engaged.

For a more intense workout let your arms to all the work and just pull your body through the water.

2. Wrist weights

If you’re a regular walker whether for leisure, exercise or just on your way to work, why not pop on some wrist weights to give your arms a tone.

You’ll also be burning more calories overall.

3. Push-ups

We know those two words send shivers down your spine but honestly, they work wonders for your arms.

If you struggle with the traditional push up, try dropping your knees to the ground to ease the pressure or try wall press-offs instead.

4. Rowing

The rowing machine is a great way of toning those arms and it’s as common as a treadmill these days.

They’re also becoming more affordable if you did want to make the investment and get one for home.

5. Chair dips

We all know the drill here, basically another version of the push up but somehow chair dips don’t make us want to cry.

We like to do these watching the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy with all the eye candy acting as inspiration.

Just a suggestion.
