The latest tot making headlines this week is three-year-old Declan Tramley from Canada, who has become a viral internet sensation thanks to a well-planned prank by his dad.
Young Declan was enjoying a cycle on his red plastic ‘motorcycle’, when he was stopped by Constable Shawn Currie for committing a road tragic offence!
Declan’s dad had asked the Constable to write out a parking ticket for his son, for illegally stopping on the road, and he was ready with his camera to capture the hilarious incident.

While he may only be three years old, Declan was able to capture the frustration and dread of waiting to get a ticket from the police, his hand on his head, his eyes rolled.
The photo, which was tweeted by local police, has since gone viral around the world.
