We were all shocked when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie confirmed their split back in September, but even more surprising is the fraught custody battle that has ensued ever since.

In the latest dramatic twist to the story, Pitt’s lawyers have filed a motion to protect their six children’s privacy.

According to NBC News, Pitt has called for all legal documents relating to the kids in his divorce proceedings to be sealed.

The move was taken in response to the release of ‘names of the children’s therapists and other mental health professionals’, in Jolie’s own court documents.

In the latest filing, Pitt’s team accused Jolie of violating the privacy rights of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.

“She appears to be determined to ignore even agreed-upon standards relating to the children’s best interests,” an excerpt from the document read.

Salt actress Jolie has retained sole custody of the kids, with Pitt entitled to agreed-upon therapeutic visitations.

Pitt also has to undergo random alcohol- and drug-testing as part of the divorce settlement.
