Salmon
Salmon is a terrific source of protein and essential fatty acids. Salmon will help your child’s brain and central nervous system to develop. All you have to do is squeeze some lemon on a fillet and pop under the grill. Serve with lots of leafy greens for a nutritious, brain boosting meal.

Sweet potatoes
For a healthy and nutritious snack, chop a sweet potato into medium thin wedges, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little olive oil and roast in the oven. Sweet potatoes are loaded with antioxidants and vitamin A and help to stimulate the production of new neurons.

Eggs

Blueberries and strawberries
Kids will love berries particularly in smoothies with yoghurt or eaten as a snack. They are full of antioxidants and they also increase cognition and memory which will help get your child through maths class with clear, focused thinking!
