We all have to be the baddy sometimes as mums. Don't do this, you can't have that - you know the drill.

It's frustrating, especially when you're worried about your kids liking you instead of seeing you as the villain.

37-year-old mum Kerry Katona got REAL on Instagram today, sharing with her 113K followers how difficult she finds the situation.

"It really upsets me!" the I'm a Celebrity star wrote in the caption, "I just want to go and cuddle them and tell them I’m really nice really!"

The former Atomic Kitten member is a single mum to five beautiful children: Molly Marie McFadden (16), Lilly-Sue McFadden (14), Heidi Elizabeth Croft (10), Maxwell Mark Croft (9), and Dylan-Jorge Rose (3).

Kerry had her two eldest children with former Westlife singer Brian McFadden. She had Heidi and Maxwell with ex-husband Mark Croft and her youngest daughter with her third ex-husband, George Kay.

Funnily enough, the singer is playing the villain Carabosse (who looks an awful lot like Maleficent) in the Middleton Arena's Sleeping Beauty panto this year. However, she doesn't like feeling evil at home.

Hearing about how Kerry struggles with her own feelings about being 'the baddy' resonated with parents on Instagram.

"We all have days like this, well I do anyway. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing the best you can," commented one person.

Another said, "Not just me then! Keep going Kerry, you're fab."

"Aw bless, it shows you have a big kind heart Kerry," said one encouraging Insta follower.

Do you ever feel the same way, mums? How do you deal with it?
