Prepare to have your day made – and just in time for the weekend, too!

A US mum has taken to Facebook to share the most beautiful photographic proof of what can be achieved when loving mums band together.

Tobie Beeson took to Facebook just over a week ago, to send out a call to action for her little girl, Aurora.

“Aurora is losing weight. We can’t find enough donor milk locally, and she is refusing formula, then spitting it all up,” she wrote.

Tobie added that she had tried different types of milk for her little one, and was having no luck in getting breast milk from her local milk banks.

The only option left to her was to put a call-out on Facebook, asking nursing mums to hear her plea and give generously.

It’s safe to say the mummy community answered the call. Two days ago, Tobie took to Facebook to share photographic evidence of the overwhelming response to her post.

An incredible photo shows Aurora lying on a massive pile of packets of breast milk – from nine different mums, and equalling about 2,800 ounces. Wow.

“This is what happens when a mum reaches out for her baby and women come together,” she wrote.

“Do you see that happy little girl in the middle of all that liquid gold? She knows that she is so loved! All of these mums that haven’t even met her came together to feed her when I couldn’t, when formula didn’t agree with her.”

While Tobie is hoping to receive enough milk to see Aurora through to her first birthday, she issued a heartfelt word of thanks to all those amazing mums who gave so generously to her little one.

“Thank you to all of these mums who gave without question, without judgement; and instead gave with your hearts. My little Aurora will grow strong and healthy because of your gift,” she added.

It’s not hard to see why Tobie’s heart-warming post has gone viral across the internet. And, in a wonderful turn of events, the update prompted even more mums to volunteer their services.

“I have more for you when you’re ready,” replied one lovely fellow mum. “I’ll just keep adding to it.”

Meanwhile, others stopped by just to express their awe of this powerful mummy movement.

“This is a perfect example that people can make a difference in each other’s lives in everything. Love one another,” wrote another Facebook user.

This has made our day.
