Carrot seed, rose, chamomile, geranium and lavender essential oil are gentle on the skin, which is important for reducing the baggy area under the eyes. Lavender helps to reduce inflammation and has a wonderful calming aroma. Grapeseed oil and sweet almond oil are also great carrier oils. They soften and moisturise delicate skin, without being heavy or greasy. Follow this recipe to make a homemade serum for puffy eyes
