Not all babies like to be swaddled. By about 2 months of age, baby will be moving more in sleep, and swaddling may contribute to night waking. Swaddling creates a light pressure around the baby's body. It is meant to mirror the pressure they would have felt in your uterus.
Stop swaddling the baby once they are about a month old. After this time, swaddling may interfere with the baby's mobility and development.
