Jacqueline Jossa pens emotional note as daughter gets ready for primary school

Back-to-school season is inching closer and closer and we have to say we’re feeling pretty emotional about having to say goodbye to the kids, and we’re not the only ones.

Former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has revealed her daughter is set to start school this September.

Her first daughter Ella is set to start a new chapter of her life in primary school and the mum is feeling pretty teary eyed about it.

The actress posted a snap of her and her daughter to Instagram and couldn’t help but open up about the momentous time.

“It’s sinking in slowly that my first angel love is going to start big school in a matter or weeks now! Anyone else not coping at all?” she asked.

“I keep having soppy moments and Ella now laughs at me and says, you’re going to cry aren’t you? Don’t get me wrong I am actually really excited for her, I know she’s gonna love it and I know she will grow so much,” the mum wrote.

Jacqueline said she is going to embrace every moment until Ella starts school, “She fills me up! I’m going to make the most of having you close every single day while I can!”

She added, “I am well aware that a lot of mums can’t wait for school to start again because summer holidays are driving them potty! For now I shall embrace having my girl with me 24/7 but I’ll update you next year when I’m pulling my hair out and praying September to come.”
